The largest city in Georgia, Tbilisi is a charming city characterized by rapidly developing industry. Nestled in the heart of the Caucasus, it is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. This modernizing city has held onto its old roots, as evidenced by much of its remaining old-style architecture.

Meet Your Program Group Leader – Angelos

Professional path:

I studied Mathematics, a field that mesmerised me since childhood, in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Then I had a Masters in Computer Science in the University of Oxford which initiated my career as a Software Developer. Worked on several projects seeing programming from different points of view. In the middle of my career I had an MBA from the Quantum School of Business and Technology in order to understand how different departments and operations compose organisations.

The good stuff:

Since I was a child I took part in all sorts of activities.
As a teenager I was a member of a dance group with which I travelled in several countries taking part in folkloric festivals. Additionally I took part in several Youth initiative camps in my home country where people from all Middle East took part in order to connect, exchange cultures and have an amazing time.
During the first lockdown I was one of the creators of a Rollerblading community in my country of Cyprus which brought all the rollerbladers of the country together. Now the community in Cyprus is a big and happy family. I am organising events and rides all over the country sharing good vibes and love for the sport!

Now I became a full-time traveller chasing my passion. I aspire to be part of even more communities, meet people all over the world, connect, embrace their cultures and be able to one day call myself a citizen of the world.
